Canadian Studio Schedules Nordic Interval Training Classes

Challenging, pole-based workout sessions begin next month
Nordic Interval Training is a challenging program designed to combine the cardiovascular benefits of Nordic Walking with resistance intervals drills to build muscular strength and endurance. by Designed by Nicole Bryant and Irene Maiurro of Focus Pilates. The one-hour classes begin on Tuesday April 8, 2008, at Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, 1051 Glenashton Drive, Oakville, ON. To register, click on the community center's website and go to IRIS.
